I often wonder if I have more self-awareness than I do.

A lot of the time we can’t actually control our thoughts, our emotions, or our actions. But we can always control our actions if we can control our thoughts, emotions, and habits. In a lot of situations the best way to control your actions is to control your thoughts and emotions. If you are prone to feeling sad, then you can start to think more about your sadness. If you are prone to feeling tired, then you can start thinking about getting more sleep.
You can always control these actions if you know what to do. The trick is to find the right balance between controlling your thoughts and emotions and controlling your actions. The more you are aware of your actions and the feelings they cause in your brain, the better you can control your behavior and your actions.
